1. to reduce cholesterol open-faced egg replaced with scrambled
whites (whites, milk, parsley, olive oil):
2. instead of English muffin - 1 slice of whole-grain
bread;
Lunch:
1. Made smoothie from milk, banana and celery. Too
sweet
Dinner:
SNACKS: banana bread excluded
CONCLUSION: too high in fats , low in carbs
SUGGESTIONS:
LUNCH: take half of banana and 1 slice of bread instead of 2
respectively reducing peanut butter
DINNER: replace freshwater fish with sea fish
